General Right of Withdrawal
For distance contracts, consumers are generally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This period begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods.
Note: VYTE LABEL Industries GmbH exclusively addresses its offer to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (B2B). Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal — however, the following exceptions apply.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom Products
Pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
- Our products (shakers, drinking bottles, textiles) are individually manufactured to customer specifications
- Every order includes individual customizations such as color choice, logo placement, and branding
- Products are only manufactured after order approval and receipt of payment
- Due to customer-specific printing/finishing, the products cannot be resold elsewhere

How Withdrawal Works (for Standard Goods)
Should non-customized standard products be ordered in exceptional cases, the following right of withdrawal applies:
- You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason
- The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g., email) of your decision
- To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
- Refund of all payments received within 14 days
- Refund via the same means of payment used in the original transaction
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back
- You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods
